General Information on the Protection of Personal Data

The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) was adopted on March 24, 2016, and published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 on April 7, 2016. Some provisions became effective on the publication date, while others on October 7, 2016.

1. Identity of the Data Controller
Under KVKK, our Company, as the Data Controller, processes, records, stores, updates, transfers, and/or classifies your personal data.

2. Processing of Personal Data and Purposes
Your personal data may be processed for:

  • Informing you about campaigns and updates for sales and marketing purposes,

  • Organizing records and documents in electronic or paper format,

  • Providing information to public authorities for public security and legal obligations,

  • Customizing services and campaigns based on customer preferences,

  • Enhancing customer satisfaction,

  • Evaluating complaints and suggestions,

  • Fulfilling legal obligations,

  • Coordinating and collaborating with group companies and business partners,

  • Ensuring the security of websites and other electronic systems.

3. Recipients of Personal Data and Purpose of Transfer
Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with:

  • Public institutions and organizations,

  • Business partners and collaborating companies,

  • Group companies and shared databases with business partners.

4. Methods of Collection and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected electronically or physically, based on contractual necessity, legitimate interest, or explicit consent, through website applications, emails, verbal or written requests, HR interviews, and recruitment processes.

5. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, know the purpose and proper use, learn third parties the data was transferred to, request correction or deletion if inaccurate, object to automated decisions, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

You can submit your requests via:

  • In-person with identity verification,

  • Postal mail to the Company,

  • Secure electronic or mobile signature,

  • Other legally allowed methods.

Our Company will respond within 30 days according to Article 13 of the KVKK. If the request incurs a cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will apply.
