ORDER, DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
- RON client, every day of the week and time can be ordered at RON.
- RON client can use the quick contact form for orders that you want to cancel. For cancellation, please kindly indicate your order number in the “Subject” line of the quick contact form. Orders which are given to the cargo, can not be cancelled and refund procedures are applied regarding with these orders.
- If the product or products that you ordered are not available in suppliers stock, RON customer service will contact the cilent regarding the delay and inform about the issue.
- RON product prices and information, and to make changes without notice in the campaign / finishing reserves the right.
- RON, informs you order every stage via “ My orders” on display and e- mail. Order status and description are below,
- Waiting- RON got your order and payment is expected.
- Payment received- Payment is received and after the following business day, your order will begin preparation.
- Preparing your order-the products in your order are supplied.
- Order was given to the cargo-Your order has been delivered to the cargo.
- Completed- Your order has been completed.
- Cancelled- Your order is cancelled due to upon your request or payment is not received.
- In order to the seamless delivery , please check your adress and telephone number informations which are created during the registiration.
- Your order are shipped within four (4) business days after payment confirmation.
- Products are not given to the cargo on weekends and public holidays but the delivery of the product is given to cargo weekdays that can be done these days by cargo company.
- In cases where your order is not arrived, you can inform about your order status by means of filling out the quick contact form or by calling the customer relationship of RON.
- Information which is related order stage, announced to the RON customers by e- mail.
- The amount of cargo is added to your shoppingtotal order amount.
- There is no delivery KKTC and abroad.
- Shopping is available to the RON via all visa and mastercard,with pay pal, bank transfer or EFT(Electronic fon transfer).
- Bank transfer or EFT
- Order which is made via bank transfer or EFT, delivery process starts as from amount order switch to RON accounts.
- Order which is made via transfer/ EFT, if amount of purchases does not take into account within (3) three days, the order is cancelled.
- Order which is made via credit card , please contact with bank which belongs to credit card when experienced distruptions in the provision.
WARRANTY, DELIVERY AND TERMS OF RETURN
Dear RON client,
- Every product that you buy from RON, it is guaranteed for (2) two years from the date of acquisition.
- Please take a statement down with cargo personnel and do not accept the product, if you received your order/ orders , broken or any kind of defect.
- If you want to return your product , please return it with the box you received, the product unharmed and your invoice receipt included. No returns are accepted without invoice/receipt box or product damaged.
- If the purchased products comply with the conditions of return , It can be returned within seven ( 7 ) days from delivery date.
- For return product bill, return receipt , accessories and spare parts must be fully and completely with product. Product should be sent with original box or packing, must be sent without any harm to the product or packing.
- Original box and packing are broken, lost the resell property ,It does not accept the return of products which are unable to be purchased by another customer.
- As the quality of products can not be returned, (except in cases of defective products out or defective, products which are dangerous to health after opening , for instance, such as products requiring contact with the skin during use ) disposable products, fast deteriorating or expiration date of the product return is not possible.
- The payment of refunds, it is putting into operation after the elegibility check to reach out the product for return ( see refunds ).
- Please kindly, use the “Return form “ for the product or products that you want to return.
- Refund of shopping which made via EFT or transfer, the day that passes the account processed payment equal to the first business day following.
- Refund of purchases made with a credit card, should be paid to the credit card that made of purchasing.
- Refunds which made to the credit cards,pass your credit card account since RON’S instructions.
- Since notification that refund is occurred by RON, It is responsibility of the bank about the possible delays that may be occur.
- RON commited that information of RON’s customers and visitors providing to third parties and institutions.In case of any legal investigation, information which requested by authorities are excluded from this commitment.
- RON registered client information is used in only clients related process.Announcement, campaign and informative e- mails which will be sent by RON, It is subject to the client’s approval.
- The communication between RON and RON clients are secured by 128 bit SSL certificates. RON clients can see that encryption is active on the web browsers address bar icon or again from the https ://” section in address bar.
- Customers of credit card information are kept the records in the store system by RON.
- RON is never requested information such as credit card and password via e-mail.
